Thank you for choosing Tracing Dreams Artistry! Prior to booking an appointment, please thoroughly read all policies and expectations provided on our website. A semi-permanent brow tattoo used to create full brows, without the use of hair strokes (NO microblading).

~ Begins light and airy at the front of the brow, gradually getting darker towards the tail

~ Lasts 1-3 years depending on skin type and lifestyle
~ A follow-up appointment (not included) is recommended 6-12 weeks following your initial session to perfect your overall look.

Medical Criteria

You are considered INELIGIBLE for ombré brows, if ANY of the conditions or contraindications listed below apply to you.

- Under 18 years of age (proof of age required)

- Experiencing cold, flu, and/or covid-19 symptoms

- Active cancer; or received radiation or chemotherapy within the last 12 months

- Active eczema, psoriasis, acne, dermatitis, rosacea, or any other skin disorder in the brow area

- Have lesions, wounds, pimples, bruises, infections, rashes, blisters, and/or sunburn in brow area

- Liver disease

- Platelet and/or bleeding disorder

- Received an organ transplant

- Uncontrolled high blood pressure

- Heart conditions (pacemaker, mitral valve prolapse, etc)

- Transmittable blood conditions such as HIV/AIDS or Hepatitis

- Autoimmune conditions (physician approval required)

- Taking blood thinning medications (physician approval required)

- Diabetic (physician approval required)

- MRSA

- Healing disorders

- Susceptible to infections

- Prone to keloids

- Excessive scar tissue in the brow area

- Experienced post inflammatory hyperpigmentation

- Used Accutane, Retinol, Retin-A, or steroids within the last 12 months

- Used hair growth serum on brows within the last 3 months

- Received chemical peel, microdermabrasion, facial, AHA/BHA product, glycolic, Botox, filler, and/or Dysport within the last 4 weeks

- Received antibiotics within the last 3 weeks

- Epilepsy or experienced faint spells or seizures

- Allergies to traditional topical makeup, ingredients in pigments, anesthetics, and/or any other products used during the procedure

- Piercings or hair transplant in the brow area

***Extremely sensitive/vascular, translucent and/or transparent skin will need to be evaluated prior to booking an appointment

***Experts recommend to avoid PMU procedures for two (2) weeks before and after receiving a covid-19 vaccine/booster to prevent potential adverse reactions.

I understand if I have a medical condition not listed above, it is my responsibility to contact my artist for further guidance prior to booking an appointment.

I understand Tracing Dreams Artistry, LLC or my artist will not be held liable for any medical conditions I fail to disclose. If it is determined I have one of the listed conditions above, my appointment will be cancelled and my deposit will be forfeited.

Agreement & Signature

I understand a $75 booking deposit is due in order to secure my appointment. I also understand the remaining balance is to be paid in CASH at start of the tattooing process.

I understand all deposits and/or payments are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.

I confirm I have NOT had any previous PMU at anytime.

I understand rescheduling without giving 48 hours' notice, canceling without rescheduling, arriving more than 20 minutes late or no showing for my appointment will result in the forfeiture of my deposit and a new deposit will be required to book.

I understand failure to follow the precare instructions provided on tracingdreamsartistry.com will result in the cancellation of my appointment and a new deposit will be required to book.

I understand if I'm in violation of any policies, terms & conditions listed on tracingdreamsartistry.com, Tracing Dreams Artistry, LLC and my artist have the right to refuse service. A refund will not be issued.
